• Visit the website — analytics tools (Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity) may collect anonymised usage data including pages visited, session duration, and device type. IP addresses are anonymised.

We do not collect payment data, run user accounts, or store contact form submissions beyond what is required to reply to you.

• Contact form data: to reply to your enquiry and, with your consent, to contact you about relevant services.
• Analytics data: to understand how the website is used and improve content — no personally identifiable information is retained.

4. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

For EEA and UK users, we process contact form data on the basis of legitimate interests (responding to business enquiries). Analytics processing is based on consent, which you can withdraw at any time by using your browser's privacy settings.

5. Third-party services

• Resend — used to send and deliver contact form emails. Resend processes email data on our behalf under a data processing agreement.

• Vercel — website hosting. Vercel may log IP addresses for security and abuse prevention. See Vercel's privacy policy.

6. Data retention

Contact form emails are retained in our email inbox for as long as is necessary to manage the business relationship — typically up to 2 years. Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of the respective analytics platforms (maximum 14 months for GA4).

• Request correction or deletion of your personal data
• Object to processing of your personal data
• Request restriction of processing
• Lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority
