The Cloud Readiness Assessment is a focused, time-boxed engagement designed to answer one question clearly: is your AEM implementation ready to migrate to AEM as a Cloud Service, and if not, what needs to change? It is faster and more targeted than a full architecture review — the output is a compatibility checklist, a prioritised list of blockers, and an effort estimate for remediation.
